Baked-Cod-Casserole

Baked Cod Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 medium onion, very thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 ¼ lb cod, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ cup finely chopped whole-wheat country bread (about 2 slices)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup finely shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese

Prep time: 20 MIN.

Total time: 40 MIN.
