Trayvon Martin’s Friend, 19-year-old Rachel Jeantel, was the last person to talk to Martin before his death. Not only that, she was thrust into the spotlight and was berated for her speech, appearance, mannerisms and “lack of education” after she testified in the George Zimmerman trial.
Well, God has turned all of that around and wrapped it up into a blessing for Rachel. This morning on our sister station, radio legend Tom Joyner, offered her a possible full scholarship to any HBCU through the Tom Joyner Foundation.
