Today is the first day of summer, therefore, I’m reminding you about the reasons why it’s important for us to drink lots of water!

1. Hydration– Water keeps us hydrated so that we can operate smoothly!

2. Lose Weight– We can lose weight by eating 75 to 90 fewer calories during each meal by drinking two 8-ounce glasses of water before breakfast, lunch, and dinner; according to the American Chemical Society.

3. Fight Colds– Plenty of water is the key when you feel a cold knocking on your door! Answer it with as much hydration as possible. Water can help your body mend faster and may even make those symptoms go bye-bye!
