A measure that will allow concealed guns to be carried in churches and houses of worship has been passed by the Arkansas House of Representatives passed; and the governor plans to sign the bill.
The bill says it is “immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, and safety” because “personal security is increasingly important.”
