On Saturday, August 20, 2011, the Conquerors Community Development Corporation will host the 2nd Annual Community and “back to school” Day. The event is free, from 9:00am to 2:00 PM in Cedar Park at 49th and Baltimore Avenue in Southwest Philly. The event includes health education, consumer awareness, a flea market, and free food and school supplies. Thanks to donations, last year the Conquerors CDC supplied over 300 children with school supplies. Please help us to help kids call 215-474-2717.
