Job Description:

• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or until finish, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or until finish.
• The schedule is considered to be open-ended.  Additional/extended hours may be required based on business need.

Basic Qualification

Six or more months of work experience in a production or general office environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong 10 key skills.
• Accuracy with strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to meet high production and quality standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage your own time.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
• Capacity to work overtime, as required

This position is 40 hours per week; Sunday through Thursday; 8:30am to 5pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Storage, processing and retrieval of medical records
• Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of discharged in-patient and out-patient records
• Assigns deficiencies to the appropriate care provider
• Enters deficiencies into the medical record

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong Keyboard and mouse skills
• Knowledge of medical record content for all patient types
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
