On October 14, hundreds of people flocked to Martin’s West to celebrate 10 of Baltimore’s leading ladies listeners voted on to be honored at our 1st Annual First Ladies Tea & Brunch hosted by gospel singer and Urban One syndicated radio host, Maurette Brown Clark.

In addition to live musical performances by Maurette Brown Clark and Baltimore singer Corey J. Kennedy, the First Ladies Tea also boasted two encouraging messages from Dr. Karen Stanley Bethea (pastor of Set the Captives Free Outreach Center in Woodlawn) and Pastor Rod Hairston (former Baltimore Ravens chaplain and pastor of Messiah Community Church in Reisterstown).
