Two female police officers were among three people killed in Belgium today, when a man stabbed them, took their guns and shot them in what authorities have since deemed a terror attack. Police later shot and killed the gunman, who first fled into a nearby college and took a female hostage. No students were harmed.

All lanes are back open on I-95 after a car fire that delayed traffic from the Cottman Avenue exit to Allegheny for well over an hour due to the incident.. The blaze broke out in the southbound lanes after 6 a.m. Friday near the Allegheny Avenue exit. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
