Praise 103.9's popular Saturday morning show "Marriage Beyond the Vows" became a live event at Sharon Baptist Church for the first time today (July 21st), in the form of two workshops. The enrichment session was for married couples looking to strengthen their relationship, and the Marriage Before the Vows workshop was for engaged and committed couples who wanted to prepare for a lifetime together.
If you weren't there, you really should have been, because Praise 103.9's first Saturday Night Praise Party was outstanding! Hundreds of Praise listeners made their way to Yesha Fellowship Hall partied to uptempo Gospel music, and saw performances from Vanessa Bell Armstrong, J. On Friday, August 6th, the School District of Philadelphia, Praise 103.9 and sister stations 107.9 WRNB and 100.3 The Beat hosted 50,000 during the annual Family and Community Back to School Block Party at the School District’s Education Center. Over 10,000 backpacks were given away, and almost a dozen lucky attendees won laptop computers. Check out the photos!
