The Broward Sheriff’s Office said 19-year-old Joseph Eric Williams was in custody Wednesday, after the “I’m Me” tat on Williams’ head led police right to him. Williams was picked up in Miami Gardens around 8 p.m., after stories about his exploits and a $1,000 CrimeStoppers reward led to a phoned-in tip.
