President Barack Obama was in Philadelphia with Vice President Joe Biden for the “Moving America Forward” rally at the park at Robert Fulton Elementary School in Germantown. The well-attended event was unusual in comparison to other rallies, because a streaker (see photo gallery below) made an unexpected appearance, and after President Obama spoke, someone literally threw a book at him. Fortunately, the thrower missed, and Obama didn’t even seem to notice the book that flew behind his head.
