Letitia Wright has been nominated for a Brittish Academy of Film Television and Arts (BAFTA) Rising Star Award. It’s the only BAFTA award that’s decided by public vote.

The “Black Panther” star says she “it means a lot that my work has bee recognized, especially in the country I’ve grown up in, and that I get to share this recognition with so many talented actors.”

Also nominated are Lakeith Stanfield, Jessie Buckley, Barry Keoghaan and Cynthia Erivo.
