6 ABC- Rapper Meek Mill is scheduled to be back in a Philadelphia courtroom, to ask for his drug and gun charges to be dismissed.
Mill spent five months behind bars until the state Supreme Court ordered his release on bail in April.
Judge Genece Brinkley originally sentenced him to four years for violating probation.
Mill’s lawyers are also expected to once again ask for Judge Brinkley’s removal. They argue Brinkley has been unfair toward their client.
