Students returned to classes at Great Mills High School for the first time since the shooting that left the attacker and a 16-year-old girl dead.

The shooting happened just before 8 a.m. on March 20 in a hallway of the school and was said to have happened after the gunman and his girlfriend had broken up. The gunman, Austin Rollins, shot himself in the head after shooting and killing Jaelynn Willey and injuring Desmond Barnes in the leg. Great Mills students have not been back to school since and are coming back off of spring break.

Prayers are definitely going up for these young people.
