Tom Wolf: Pennsylvania Governor Declares State of Emergency Ahead of Expected Winter Storm
“Declaring a state of emergency allows the commonwealth to deliver state resources wherever they’re needed as quickly as possible,” Wolf said.
The winter storm is expected to hit the area Friday.
