Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 3pm today through 1am Wednesday!
Snow is expected to hit Philly between 2pm-3pm this afternoon. Then around 5pm the sleet and ice will add to the mix up until about 11pm, then turning to all rain with rising temps. In Philly, a coating to 2 inches of snow and up to a tenth of an inch of ice is both expected this afternoon into the evening. *Some schools are closing early
