An 16 year old high school student from a Baltimore County creative and performing arts school turned himself in after he initially planned to kill people in his high school. He initially wanted to kill people on Friday, but decided to wait until Monday to go through with his plan of action, which proved to be beneficial to him being caught. Authorities were investigating vehicle break-ins over the weekend in the teen’s area when through questioning, the young man confessed of bigger plans to kill classmates and use homemade bombs in his school. As of right now, he will be tried as an adult.
