Hey my B.I.G.Girls, Beautiful Intelligent and gifted that is! Today I want to talk about the importance of reading labels and watching how many grams of sugar you consume. We all know that everyone watches carbs with a hawks eye but sugar can do just as much dammage. One day this week I was tempted to have one of my absolute faves, an ice cold grape soda (which I haven’t had in 6 months ugh!) I was astounded to notice that one serving of the soda (which was only half the bottle) had whopping 41 grams of sugar! Needless to say, I put that soda back where I found it and kept it moving. Watch these little sneaky empty calories that sneak up and sabotage your days worth of good choices. So if you stil need some sugar, Muaaahhh, there you have it!
