Winter Storm Warning For Philadelphia!
The first snow of 2014 is on the way! The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for snow and blowing snow, which is in effect from 6PM this evening to 1 PM Friday.
The precipitation should start as some rain or a rain snow mix this afternoon changing to all snow early this evening. The bulk of the snow is expected tonight into Friday morning!
Snow accumulations: 4 to 6 inches!

Tolls Go Up On The PA Turnpike!
Heads up this weekend if you will be traveling on the Pennsylvania Turnpike! This Sunday tolls will rise 12% for cash users and 2% for EZ Pass users. The extra money will go towards improvements on the turnpike!

This Weekend Is Christmas “Treecycling!”
Okay, it’s time to let the Christmas tree go! Take off the ornaments and prepare it for “Treecycling.” “Treecycling” turns your old Christmas tree into woodchips for use in local parks instead of landing in landfills.
There will be five “Treecycling” drop off sites on Saturday and Sunday. A $5 donation at those sites would be greatly appreciated.
