According to Philadelphia police, late Monday through early Tuesday, gun violence in Philly surged, leaving two men and one woman dead and another man clinging to life. As of today, there have been 48 homicides this year. At this same time last year, there were 210 homicides. Despite the overnight shootings, Philadelphia still remains on track to record its lowest annual homicide count since 1968.

Let’s keep the victim’s families in our prayers; as well as continue to keep our city covered in prayer that violence will not continue to surge, but instead be purged!
