Argentine Jorge Bergoglio has been elected as pope! The 76-year-old has taken the name of ‘Francis’; which means ‘humble’! Pope Francis is the 266th pope chosen to lead the world’s 1.2 billion Catholics. Pope Francis is the first from the Americas and the first from outside Europe in more than a millennium.
