Big shout out to the Baltimore Ravens, the new Super Bowl champs! And while a lot of celebrating went on last night after the game, a bigger celebration took place before the big game.
The Super Bowl weekend kicked off with the 14th Annual Super Bowl Gospel Celebration on Friday, with a spirited event with lots of exciting performances and praise! The celebration was hosted by nine-time Grammy winner Kirk Franklin and co-hosted by Sherri Shepherd of ‘The View’.
Performances included Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Pastor Marvin Winans, Bishop Paul Morton, and the popular NFL Players Choir, made up of current and former players. In addition, Baltimore Ravens’ Ray Lewis received The Lifetime of Inspiration Award.
