I gave you a heads up a few weeks ago that BET will soon add T.D. Jakes’ talk show to its lineup. In addition, get ready for Karen Clark Sheard’s reality show to be added to the lineup as well. It appears that BET executives are striving to include more religious programming; especially after “Sunday Best,” the gospel singing reality competition hosted by Kirk Franklin, just wrapped its 5th season with its highest season finale ratings ever with a whopping 6 million viewers!
Of course the addition of Bishop T.D. Jakes and the Sheard family to BET’s programming, will certainly deliver significant ratings for the network.
