I must admit that when Tyler Perry spoke at Whitney Houston’s funeral back in February, I said to my husband, “Well, the sermon is over, we can stop watching now.” Of course we continued to watch the service, but it really did leave me wondering whether or not preaching was next for Tyler Perry.
Little did I know that Tyler Perry attended seminary school and was a minister in the church when he was around 18-20 years old!
