Pitman, NJ Police are in search of a man who allegedly tried to lure an 11-year-old-girl into his van late Monday afternoon. The attempted abduction happened a block away from police as they were investigating another incident.
According to officials the man pulled up next to the girl outside of Pitman Middle School on East Holly Avenue and asked her if she needed a ride before demanding that she get into the van. Officials described the driver as a white balding male in his 50’s.
