Lots of questions are still unanswered surrounding the death of Rev. Dr. Zachery Tims, the 42-year-old pastor of New Destiny Christian Church, found dead in his room at the W. Hotel in Times Square on Aug. 12th.
But one question has been answered, what exactly was that white powdery substance found on Zachery Tims’ body? The New York City Medical Examiner’s office knows. But we don’t and probably won’t; because the family doesn’t want us to know.
According to The Orlando Sentinel, the family expressed concerns about releasing the toxicology results to the public and may be going to court to try to have the results sealed permanently. It is not uncommon for family members to request that a cause or death, or autopsy results, be withheld from the public; and in Florida, the only way to prevent that is for a judge to seal the documents.
