Hurricane Warning remains in effect. As Hurricane Irene, the onset of tropical storms conditions could start as early as Saturday afternoon. Sustained tropical storm force winds are expected to begin late Saturday afternoon. Maximum sustained winds are forecast to be in the 50 to 70 mph range with gusts to 90 mph.
