Daily Faith-Lift
I have learned that my walk as a Christian is not about rituals, it’s about a relationship with God. I was going to church, attending Bible study, involved in church ministry, etc. However, the Holy Spirit made it clear to me while those rituals are honorable to man, they don’t impress God.
God is about “being” and not “doing.” I was doing things for God but not spending time with God! God doesn’t need my help. Therefore, I have learned that when it comes to our relationship with God, it’s about being a human being, not a human doing.
