Dallas, TX- Dubbed as the “First” Red-Carpet Event in Gospel/Christian history, the 5th Annual All-Star Gospel Brunch is headed to Dallas, TX on Saturday, February 13, 2010 during the 59th NBA ALL-STAR WEEKEND. The “BIG 5” will celebrate its 5th Anniversary of bringing Gospel to the Largest Basketball Weekend of the year. This year, Dallas is set to host the Largest NBA All-Star Game in History at the New Dallas Cowboys Stadium with over 80,000 in attendance.
For the FIRST time, ASGB has secured VIP SUITES both at the American Airline Center and the Dallas Cowboys Stadium for their “SPONSORS” to attend all NBA games throughout the weekend. In honor of “THE BIG 5”, 5 NBA Legends and 5 Dallas Pastors will be honored during the Five-Star Brunch taking place at The Hilton Anatole, the NBA Host Hotel. Also, 5 of the Hottest Gospel Artist are slated to perform this year including Donnie McClurkin, Fred Hammond, Gospel Saxophonist Angella Christie, Ricardo Sanchez and James Fortune & FIYA. “This year, we are pulling out all the stops and leaving no stones unturned. We’re focusing all our energy to make this the BIGGEST & BEST All-Star Gospel Brunch ever” said event producer, Tomeka Holyfield.” Past All-Star Artist have included, Yolanda Adams, Martha Munizzi, Joy Enriquez, Kurt Carr, Vickie Winans, Byron Cage and William Murphy just to name a few.
