You See them in every gym or personal training studio. There’s a good chance you know a few core exercises in which they are used. Did you know you can workout your entire body with a medicine ball?
I use med balls daily with my athletes. I consider med balls just another tool for getting your heart rate up, burning calories and also a good way to improve athleticism and explosiveness. In this video I go over eight medicine ball exercises focusing on the major muscle groups of the body. You can perform these exercises in circuit fashion, I recommend 10-30 seconds per exercises depending on your level. You can also add these movements to your current workout routine. Whatever recommendation you choose to follow, have fun and be safe.
