Singing Wonder, Michael Jordan Woodard, has been singing the Lord’s praises since the age of 5 years old. Now at age 11, Michael can be seen at concerts all over Philadelphia and the Tri-State area. Michael is also an actor who has appeared in various roles onstage.

Now, after two weeks of performances and beating out thousands to perform on “American Idol,” last Thursday Jermaine Sellers was dismissed from the show. Hmm, we wonder why? Specifically, was it God’s will or was it the man in the mirror?

Washington (CNN) — A lesbian couple together for more than a decade smiled through tears Tuesday as they became the first same-sex couple to marry in the District of Columbia, on the first day such unions are legal in the nation’s capital.

Sinjoyla Townsend and Angelisa Young said they had waited years to marry. They were first in line last week to apply for a marriage license at Washington’s marriage bureau.

Most young people have mood swings and times when they feel very unhappy in adolescence, but it is important to be aware that up to 24% of young people suffer a major depressive illness lasting a few weeks to a few months at some time.
