Women it is important to take of ourselves. We have become so busy doing instead of being. I’m often reminded of what the flight attendant says before every flight, “In the event the cabin looses pressure, put the oxygen mask on yourself first before assisting small children and others.”
This is proof that if we don’t take care of ourselves, we can’t take care of the ones who love us the most. Remember to give yourself to yourself, before you give yourself away.
