Philadelphia police have arrested and charged Douglas Woods, in the shooting death of a 3-year-old Tynirah, who died Friday night. According to officials Woods is charged with Murder, 3 counts of Attempted Murder, and other charges.
“I feel so good right now. God is good all the time and I knew that this would come to an end. I’m just so glad right now,” said Tamika Borum, the mother of Tynirah.
Family, friends, and the community is outraged and want the violence in the city to stop. Borum is the 8th child that has been killed in the city in the past month.
