Hey my fellow B.I.G. (Beautiful Intelligent Gifted) girls, summer is approaching and we all could stand to shed a few pounds right? Well in all you choose to put down make sure you pick up some options that are tasty and are full of nutrition. My suggestion is nuts. Nuts, in the right amount and preferably raw are a great source of protien which in-turn will provide you with great energy. Remember to build in your cheat days and give yourself credit where it is due!
