NBA Commissioner Adam Silver has been banned L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life for conduct detrimental to the league. The ban comes after Sterling was recorded making racist statements in conversation with his girlfriend.
The NBA has also fined Sterling and will try to force the sale of the team. The league doesn’t have the power to take the Clippers from Sterling, but it does seem as though they will try there hardest to make this happen.
