14 year old Dutch teen tweets to an American Airline twitter account that she is part of the terrorist group Al-Qaeda. She tweeted the comment jokingly, but the airline had taken the gesture as a safety concern and tweeted back to the young girl,
“Sarah, we take these threats very seriously. Your IP address and details will be forwarded to security and the FBI.”-American Airlines twitter
The young girl was eventually arrested and had to explain the tweet to authorities. A copycat tweeter tweeted another message similar to the 14 year old and was given the same safety concern response back as well. To read the full story, click the link below!
