Job Description
Description US Medical is looking for a Residential Staff Supervisor for our client in Philadelphia.
Supervisor will provide daily on-site and on-call supervision and assistance to second shift and weekend staff and will report weekly or as-needed to the manager. The Supervisor oversees medication management; maintains positive relationships with participants and develops activities to help them work towards achieving their recovery goals.
Job Duties:
– Supervisory: scheduling, medication management, monitoring work of staff members, training, on-call duties
– Program Support: designing activities, engage family and friends of consumers to participate in recovery goals
– Administrative: maintain confidentiality, written reports
-Reporting to Electronic Healthcare Records System
All applicants must have 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have at least 2 years experience working in Behavioral Health
-1-3 years supervisory experience required
-Previous experience in counseling of people with psychiatric disabilities, histories of substance abuse and/or trauma
-Mental Health professionals who have completed approved Peer Specialist training welcome to apply
-Must be able to use new computer systems and/or software functions as they become available
Must also have:
-PA Criminal Clearance (current within one year)
-CPR & First Aid (current)
-Physical and TB (current within one year)
-Valid Driver’s license

Job Description
As a Retail Sales Representative with Retail Business Development, you will apply a sales approach that builds customer rapport and assist customer needs. You will explain Vonage products and services to ensure Brand awareness and growth. We want our reps to create a positive buying experience for customers using proven sales techniques
RBD looks for candidates who have a strong work ethic, a professional attitude and appearance as well as strong and fluent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level sales position.
