Most of us are happy with getting that extra hour of sleep thanks to the ending of daylight saving time. However, either way our human health is affected in strange ways by daylight saving time and the ending of it.
According to Live Science, some strange effects of daylight saving time include:
1. More car accidents
2. Increased workplace injuries
3. More heart attacks
4. Longer cyber-loafing (Cyber-loafing is the slang word for surfing the Web for personal entertainment during work hours.)
5. Increased cluster headaches
