Today’s Daily Faith-Lift ™ is designed to remind us that God can!
As I watched 16-year-old Olympic gymnast Gabrielle Douglass during her interview with Oprah on “Oprah’s Next Chapter” last night; throughout it I saw a mighty move of God in many ways.
As Gabrielle shared during the interview, these are things I observed and pointed out to my daughters:
- God can turn our trials into triumphs!
- God can turn our haters into our elevators!
- God can turn our tests into testimonies!
- God can turn what the devil meant for bad into good; for those that love Him, and are called according to His purpose!
- God can turn our comfort zone into an uncomfortable zone; in order for us to move on when we want to hang on!
No matter how young you are or how old you are, it is important to have a relationship with God; through His Son, Jesus Christ. It is important to have a relationship with God so that you can be near Him to hear Him! It is when you stay near Him you will hear Him; and you will know the difference between a good thing and a God thing!
