Congrats to our very own Yolanda Adams for picking up the BET “Best Gospel Artist” Award last night; winning over, James Fortune & Fiya, Fred Hammond, Kim Burrell and Trin-i-tee 5:7. It was an exciting time for Yolanda because the win came as a result of her first project on her own label! She testified that she’s a living witness that we can do anything that God has placed on the inside of us!
And with all the bleeping that took place during last night’s show, Yolanda sweetly reminded the audience to, “Please make sure that you use your gift responsibly, ’cause we’re watching. Our babies are watching, and they want to be like us.”
